Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using NomadJobPass, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Who can use NomadJobPass

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account. NomadJobPass is not directed at minors.

3. What NomadJobPass does — and does not do

NomadJobPass generates AI-assisted, tailored job application materials — cover letters, résumé edits, interview preparation, and follow-up emails — based on a job posting you provide and a résumé you upload.

NomadJobPass does not:

• Submit applications on your behalf to any job board, career site, or employer. All generated content is a draft for you to review and send yourself.
• Scrape job boards. Our Job Board feature uses licensed feeds from named providers, disclosed in the product.
• Guarantee any outcome — an interview, a job offer, or employment of any kind. We provide preparation tools, not a guarantee of results.

4. Accounts and subscription tiers

• Free tier: one job link analysed, with one cover letter draft and three résumé bullet suggestions — a one-time trial, no payment required.
• Premier ($15/month): up to 40 job preps per rolling 30-day period, full résumé rewrites, full STAR interview prep, follow-up email drafts, an ATS keyword match, and priority processing.
• Premier Annual ($149/year): the same Premier features at an annual rate.

Extra preps can be purchased as top-ups, which are added to the current period's allowance and expire with it. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

5. AI-generated content — review before you use it

The documents NomadJobPass generates are produced by AI and are starting points for you to review, edit, and take ownership of — not final, ready-to-send material you should use unedited. AI-generated content can contain factual errors, awkward phrasing, or statements that don't accurately reflect your actual experience. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any document before submitting it to an employer. NomadJobPass is not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or unedited use of AI-generated content, including a rejected application, a misrepresentation to an employer, or a poor interview outcome.

6. Payment, billing, and refunds

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor acting as merchant of record. By subscribing, you also agree to that processor's own terms as they apply to the transaction. Our full Refund Policy is available separately; in summary:

• Premier Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund on the unused portion if you cancel.
• Premier Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime — you keep access through the end of your current billing period, then revert to the Free plan.

Cancellation is self-serve from your account settings and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you are not charged again after that. Documents you've already generated remain accessible after downgrading to Free — only the ability to generate new documents is gated by tier.

Price changes: we will give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use NomadJobPass to generate false or fraudulent credentials, work history, or qualifications.
• Circumvent usage limits (e.g. creating multiple free accounts to bypass the free-tier cap).
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual property

• Your content: you retain ownership of your résumé, the job postings you submit, and the documents generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the service (including sending it to our AI processing provider, per the Privacy Policy).
• Our platform: the NomadJobPass software, design, and branding are our property (or licensed to us) and are not part of what you're granted when you use the service.

9. Job Board and employer-submitted listings

Job listings come from licensed third-party feeds and, for paid listings, directly from employers. We make reasonable efforts to verify remote-work claims and classify nomad-friendliness, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of any third-party listing, and we are not a party to any employment relationship that may result from it.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy, Section 6, for the 30-day deletion process). We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with notice where practicable.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

NomadJobPass is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NomadJobPass is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost job opportunities.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania, where NomadJobPass is operated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located there, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides you a different right that cannot be waived.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a notice on the site before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
