Refund policy
Premier annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund on the unused portion if you cancel, calculated as (full unused calendar months remaining ÷ 12) × $149. Premier monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime — you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period, then revert to the Free plan.

What exactly is a “prep”?
One prep is one job link analyzed — a full set of tailored documents for that single job: a cover letter, resume edits, and, on Premier, STAR interview prep and a follow-up email. It is not 40 individual documents. On Premier you can run up to 40 preps a month, meaning 40 different jobs.
What's your refund policy?
Premier annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund on the unused portion if you cancel. Premier monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime — you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period, then revert to the Free plan. Do my preps roll over if I don't use them?
No. Premier's 40 preps refresh on a rolling 30-day cycle from your last reset, and any unused preps from the previous period don't carry over. Extra preps bought as a top-up also expire at the end of the billing month they're added to.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The Free plan lets you analyze one job link and get a cover letter draft plus three resume bullet suggestions, with no credit card required.
What happens to my documents if I cancel?
Everything you've already generated stays permanently accessible — you own that. Only new prep generation is gated by your plan. After a cancellation you keep Premier access until the end of the period you've already paid for, then move to the Free plan.
