NomadJobPass

For digital nomads & overseas job seekers

Turn any job posting into your best application.

Ghosted after another application? Applying from abroad only makes it harder — timezones, “remote (US only)” bait, and résumé rules that shift from country to country. Paste a job link and your résumé; get a cover letter, résumé edits, and STAR interview prep tailored to that exact posting — built from your real experience, never a template.

A tailored cover letter, resume edits, STAR-method interview prep, and a follow-up email — ready in seconds.

Built by a digital nomad

NomadJobPass was built by an American digital nomad — 12 years in management hiring at a US brokerage firm, 17 years running a small business and handling all its hiring, now working remotely across Germany and Portugal, and now Albania. It's the application-prep tool they wished existed while applying for jobs abroad: built from your real experience, never generic templates.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan analyzes 1 job link and gives you 1 cover letter draft plus 3 specific resume bullet suggestions, with no credit card required.

Does NomadJobPass auto-apply to jobs for me?

No, by design. NomadJobPass prepares tailored application materials for jobs you choose — it doesn't scrape job boards or submit applications on your behalf.

What's the difference between Free and Premier resume help?

Free gives you 3 specific bullet-point suggestions. Premier gives you a full rewrite with restructuring and keyword optimization tailored to the specific job, not just more suggestions.

What's the difference between the basic and tailored follow-up email?

Every prep includes a basic follow-up email template, built from the job posting before you've interviewed — a good starting point, but it can't reference your actual conversation. Premier users can mark an application “Interviewing” in the Job Tracker and answer a couple of quick questions about how it actually went; NomadJobPass then builds a tailored follow-up email around what was really discussed.

Who is NomadJobPass built for?

Digital nomads and remote job seekers — freelancers moving to full-time remote work, remote workers leveling up, and anyone applying for location-independent roles who's tired of rewriting the same resume bullets for every posting.

What's your refund policy?

Premier annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund on the unused portion if you cancel. Premier monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime — you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period, then revert to the Free plan. To request a refund, email support@nomadjobpass.com from your account email, or reply to your DoDo payment receipt.
